I have worked in community-based arts education with diverse communities in the bay area for over 10 years. My experience includes teaching at the Hospitality House Community Arts Program from 2013-2020, the only free open-to-the-public art studio in San Francisco and Art With Elders where I led art classes in a variety of mediums for older adults including folks in memory care.

I currently work as a Mixed Media Arts Facilitator with Creative Growth Art Center in Oakland, CA, the longest running and first progressive art studio for professional artists with developmental disabilities in the country.

I am available to teach workshops on topics including: enameling (glass) on metal, lake-pigment making, plant and mineral derived inks/dye/pigments, gardening for natural dyes, plant-based papermaking and more.
